We can supply the unit without a solid top if you prefer to source your own or we can supply a quartz top from our range of colours, this will have the holes cut in the correct place to work with the basin and tap you plan to use.
To order your custom vanity unit, please follow these steps:
- Choose your choice of colour for your quartz

- Specify the basin and tap model you plan to use, so we can cut the holes accordingly.
- Confirm if your plumbing goes to the wall or the floor, so we can adapt the internals accordingly.
- The drawer internals will be painted and lacquered for a smooth finish.
- Every order comes with a complimentary "Care For Pack"
- Delivery by reliable independent couriers who cover most of Mainland UK*.
* We can deliver your order by pallet if our couriers do not cover your area, for example, Northern Scotland, Wales, or Norfolk. This service has an additional cost. Please ask us for a price estimate before you order.

Custom and personalised orders
All my furniture is handmade to your exact requirements I don't have a stock standard unit so no two units will never be exactly the same every one is unique
I use only very well aged timbers that are recovered from reclamation and salvage yards
Sizing details
I would ask that you send me a basic sketch of your ideas with measurements I will than create a scale plan confirming your measurements once these have been approved production dates will be confirmed
Care instructions
All my timber is sanded to a 320 grit finish so the surface is smooth to the touch and guaranteed splinter free.
I them apply a minimum of two coats of Osmo hard wax oil that is hard wearing waterproof and eco friendly
Every vanity has "care for pack" and instructions with cleaning products included
Gift wrapping and packaging
I don't offer a gift wrapping service my washstands that are delivered by carriers are packaged on a palett and then shink wrapped for protection.
The washstands I deliver personally are not wrapped.

I can offer you the option to pay just a £100 non refundable deposit payment at time of order paid via the Etsy payment system. With the remaining balance paid 7 days prior to the confirmed build date. if you would like to take advantage of this please search for our Deposit payment listing
